The gym has modern equipment, including three treadmills. the hotel offered several dining options. I liked the sunshine bar. the bartenders hussien, karim, and mohamed essa, made really good mango juice.

I thankfull for Omar at reception. He aided on many occasions. He also upgraded us upon arrival. I think it was a great five star service. I am very happy with help that he gives.

I noticed no socket for the hairdryer in bathroom. there was no makeup mirror to use. It made doing makeup difficult. I think it is a problem.

The personal is very good with drinks and food. Noor, Hassan, Hatem, Mahmuud, and Mr Essa Ahmed are good team in sunchin bar. I think nour hassan did a very good job with a quick service.

The beachfront area is good and have seating. I am happy with the beach bar that they have. They have a great bars and they do a very good job, I like the team.

The rooms include a big sized TV, however channels are limited. The room has a small balcony with a table and two chairs, and also a nice sea view. I am happy for the room service to come to the hotel.
